The service was friendly, offering amenities like Clorox, but there were some issues with room assignments. The dining options were lacking, but the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel room was small but nice, with one king bed and a sofa bed. However, the room was not really clean, with old furniture and a malfunctioning lamp. The bathtub was damaged, and the surrounding area did not seem very safe.
The hotel's location is convenient for the events we were attending, but the grounds are not well-maintained and the dining options are lackluster. The service was mixed, with some friendly interactions but also some unfriendly encounters. The rooms were mostly clean, although there were some issues with maintenance, especially in the bathrooms.
